PUBLIC NOTICE
It is a federal and state violation, and against BPWD Rules and Regulations to tamper with any apparatus of the District including hydrants, valves, and meters. Only BPWD employees have the authority to operate any apparatus of the District. If found tampering with any District apparatus, BPWD will pursue legal action to the furthest extent of the law.
