Minutes of January 9, 1996
Chairman Richard Jumps called the meeting to order at 7:00pm. A roll call was taken and present were: Chairman Richard Jump, Vice Chairman Stanley Hollister, Mr. Ed Betts, Mrs. Donna Williams, Mrs. Sue Dilley, and Mr. Herbert Donow.
