Meeting Minutes of March 9, 1982

Meeting called to order by Chairman Walter Brieschke at 7:00 p.m.

Roll call: Mr. Simpson, Mr. Jackson, Miss Cox, Mr. Hardenbergh, Mr. Mayer, and Mr. Brieschke were present. Mrs. Forby was present. Mr. Nannie was at class.

Minutes of February 9, 1982 approved.

Customer complaints: none

Secretary/Treasurer report: Submitted by Mrs. Forby and approved.

Mr. Brieschke read a letter of resignation from Miss Marsha Hartline.

Financial report: submitted and approved

Presentation of the bills: Mr. Hardenbergh moved that the bills be paid in the amount of $4,605.87. Mr. Jackson seconded. Roll call vote: Mr. Simpson – yes, Mr. Jackson – yes, Miss Cox – yes, Mr. Hardenbergh – yes, Mr. Mayer – yes, Mr. Brieschke – yes. Motion passed.

Maintenance Report: submitted by Mr. Nannie and read by Mrs. Forby in his absence.

Blueprints: Mr. Simpson made a motion to purchase three sets of blueprints from RA Nack at $1.45 a sheet. Mr. Jackson seconded. Roll call vote: Mr. Simpson – yes, Mr. Jackson – yes, Miss Cox – yes, Mr. Hardenbergh – yes, Mr. Mayer – yes, Mr. Brieschke – yes. Motion passed.

Audit: nothing.

Mr. Brieschke made an announcement concerning the open meeting act in related to a customer complaint.

Special Meeting: Motion to hold a special meeting on Wednesday, March 31, 1982 at 7:00 p.m. at Presley Tours, for convening to go into executive session for the purpose of negotiating with Mr. Nannie was made by Mr. Hardenbergh and seconded by Mr. Mayer. All in favor voice vote.

Motion to adjourn made by Mr. Hardenbergh and seconded by Mr. Jackson. All in favor. Meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
