Special Meeting Minutes of March 31, 1982

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Walter Brieschke at 7:09 p.m.

Roll call: Mr. Mayer, Mr. Jackson, Mr. Simpson, Miss Cox, Mr. Hardenbergh, Mr. Brieschke were present. Employees Mrs. Forby and Mr. Nannie were present.

A motion was made to go into executive session as provided by the Illinois Revised Statute #102, Paragraph 42, Section 2, “collective negotiating matters between public employers and their employees or their representatives,” by Mr. Hargenbergh. Second came from Mr. Mayer. Roll call: Mr. Mayer – yes. Mr. Jackson – yes, Mr. Simpson – yes, Miss Cox – yes. Mr. Hardenbergh – yes, Mr. Brieschke – yes. Motion passed.

No decision were made.

A motion was made to adjourn by Mr. Hardenbergh and seconded by Mr. Jackson. All in favor voice vote. Meeting adjourned at 9:01 p.m.
