MINUTES: JUNE 23, 1975 PRESLEY TOURS BUILDING MAKANDA ILLINOIS

Meeting was called to order by Wayman Presley, Chairman.

Security Tank and Tower Corporation, Henderson KY presented a bill #2 for $6,874.20, to be paid to date.  Motion to pay said bill was made by Dan McGuire, seconded by H. B. Hartline Sr.  Motion carried.  Authorization of said payment was given as the funds were made available.  Mr. John Hammel, of FHA, recommended that Security Tank and other companies present bills in advance of the board meeting in order that bonds might be cashed in advance of the board meeting.

A report was submitted by R. A. Nack and Associates to date.

A motion was made by H. B. Hartline Sr. that the color of the tank be as follows:  Top – Red, Middle- White, Bottom – Blue.  Motion was seconded by Dan McGuire.  S3ecurity Tank representative agreed on said color combination.  Motion carried.

Next meeting to be the regular meeting day, the second Tuesday of July.   Juy 8, 1975, at 4:30 P.M. in the Presley Tour’s Building, Makanda, Ilinois.
