Meeting Minutes December 13, 1977

Meeting was called to order at 7:10 p.m.

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Presentation of Bills:

Dean Busch Construction a bill for miscellaneous meters, must be a duplicate billing, should return to Dean Busch for correction.

Treasurer’s Report:

Not Available – A notation is made that is September, 1977, a regulation was made that the treasurer or the books must be present at each meeting (this regulation wasnot met).

Correspondence:

A letter from Don Kramer Attorney was presented recommending the board settle with Mr. Baran.  Barbara made the motion to settle, Walter seconded, all

in favor.

Old Business:

Busch Construction has filled in the lines from Hilliards drive, down to Jack Earll’s. Henry Colson is to check the line in Barbara’s pasture and report on it.

New Business:

Mr. Kamarsey has gotten judgement from the court to be released from South Highway Water District and now wishes to annex into Buncombe Public Water District. He is to contact our attorney on this matter.
