Executive Session Meeting Minutes February 14, 1984
The executive session was called to order at 8:55 pm by Chairman Walter Brieschke.
Roll call: Douglas Mayer, Phoebe Cox, William Hardenbergh, and Walter Brieschke were present.
Mr. Brieschke wanted the Board to be aware of some points concerning the WSO:
- Mr. Nannie has let Russell Colson read meters without his supervision;
- Mr. Nannie has recommended letting water faucets drip in cold weather, which is against IEPA Plumbing Standards;
- Mr. Nannie has not satisfactorily finished clean up on contract jons;
- Mr. Nannie was warned certain customers that he has received a shut off order for nonpayment;
- Mr. Nannie is not consistent in doing regular rounds
Also, the Secretary/Treasurer job description was discussed. Some topics for consideration were
- the change concept of the job from Secretary/Treasurer to Manager
- Keeping of the minutes
- relationship to the WSO
Mr. Hardenbergh made a motion to adjourn from Executive Session and Miss Cox seconded. All in favor voice vote. The Board adjourned from Executive Session at 9:14 pm. No action was taken.
