Executive Session Meeting Minutes of October 12, 1982

The Board went into Executive Session at 8:35 p.m.

The discussion was concerning the Water Supply Operator, Mr. John Nannie, and his conditions and terms of employment. No motions or final decisions were made in the closed session.

Mr. Hardenbergh made a motion to close the Executive Session and return to open session and Mr. Parrish seconded. Roll call vote: Mr. Mayer – yes, Mr. Jackson – yes, Miss Cox – yes, Mr. Parrish – yes, Mr. Hardenbergh – yes, Mr. Brieschke – yes. Motion carried. The Board returned to open session at 8:55 p.m.
