Meeting Minutes of August 9, 1983

The meeting was called to order at 7:07 pm.

Roll call: Present was Douglas Mayer, William Hardenbergh, Walter Brieschke, and Vern Cornell. James Simpson arrived at 7:10 p.m. Phoebe Cox and Richard Parrish were not present. Employees present were John Nannie and Kim Forby.

The Secretary/Treasurer report was submitted and approved.

The Financial Report was submitted and approved.

Presentation of the bills: The bills presented totaled $3,835.32 and Mr. Hardenbergh made a motion to pay them. Mr. Simpson seconded. Roll call vote: Mr. Mayer – yes, Mr. Simpson – yes, Mr. Hardenbergh – yes, Mr. Brieschke – yes. Motion passed.

The Water Supply Operator report was submitted.

Master Meter bill: The letter of response concerning the master meter bill of $561.99 was referred to the District’s attorney.

Budget Committee appointments: Mr. Mayer, Mr. Parrish, Mr. Brieschke and Mrs. Forby.

Motion for adjournment: Mr. Simpson made a motion for adjournment and Mr. Hardenbergh seconded. All in favor voice vote. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 8:35 pm
