Meeting Minutes of February 14, 1995

Chairman Richard Jumps was unable to call the meeting to order due to lack of a quorum. Present were Chairman Richard Jumps, Vice Chairman Stanley Hollister, Mrs. Donna Williams. Also present were employees Ron Lada and Karen Townsend, and visitors, Mr. Danny Williams of DD Williams Contracting and Mr. Herb Donow.

Discussions began with Mr. Donow related to his water line extension. Discussed feasibility of the cost for customers to use this water line. Mr. Jumps suggested that Mr. Donow have his plan drawn up by his attorney and return a copy to us for our files.

Due to the lack of a quorum, the minutes from December 1995 stand NOT approved.

The Secretary/Treasurer report was presented by Karen Townsend; however, due to a lack of quorum, stand not approved.

The financial report was presented indicating bills for payment. The Financial Report was reviewed by present Board members, a call was placed to Sue Dilley for a verbal review of the report, and a roll call was taken; with 3 yes votes and 1 yes vote over the phone, and 0 no votes, the bills were approved for payment.

Ron Lada presented the Water Supply Operator Report. The report stands not approved.
