Meeting Minutes of February 9, 1977

Board met at Presley Tour office 4:30 P.M. A quorum was present.

Bill Walters submitted budget for 1978. It made allowance for 8 new taps which we hope to need before end of 1978.

There was a unanimous vote to raise the pay for Bill Walters and Henry Colson by 150 per month beginning immediately.

It was decided to contact John Hammel (CFHA) for a list of auditors for our books. This is required by FHA regulations.

It was agreed that meters could not be read in Feb. in time for mailing on the 10th so Mr. Walters was again instructed to estimate the bills.

Presley announced that he had sent a letter to all users thanking them for their patience at being without water so much during the extremely cold spell. He also gave them the Buncombe Water District’s new telephone number. It has been installed in the home of Henry Colson, the new maintenance man. The number is 549-2731.
