Special Meeting Minutes February 2, 1977
- Special Board Meeting called by president Wayman Presley, February 2, 1997. Order of Business to notify George Sides officially dismissed as he did no do his duty as outlined at the November 1976 Meeting. Motion was made by Floyd Allen (new member) a letter be sent certified
informing him of his dismissal as of this date.
- A number of names for replacement were read by Wayman Presley
- Ed Betts
- Ed Heern & Deana
- Bob Jump
A motion was made by Floyd Allen that Henry Coleson be considered because of his mechanical ability as first choice and Ed Heern and wife as second choice. H.R. Hartline seconded the motion, motion carried.
- The duties are for the meters to be read from the 1st to the 5th of each month, given to Mr. Walters (District Secretary) for billing, pay of $200.00 per month and an additional meter fee for each cut off of $5.00 or hook up at $5.00.
- Next board meeting set for the second Tuesday of March at 4:30 at Presley Tours. Attendance: Wayman Presley, H.B. Hartline Sr, Floyd Allen, Bette Casey
