Executive Session Meeting Minutes of September 13, 1983

The Board went into Executive Session at 8:32 pm.

The Secretary/Treasurer submitted a rough listings of duties. Mrs. Forby requested a pay rate increase to $425.00 per month. This was calculated by multiplying the average number of hours worked for the District (85) by $5.00 per hour. No action was taken. Mr. Brieschke made a motion to adjourn and Mr. Parrish seconded. Roll call vote: Mr. Mayer – yes, Miss Cox – yes, Mr. Cornell – yes, Mr. Hardenbergh – yes, Mr. Parrish – yes, Mr. Brieschke – yes. Motion carried. The Board returned to open session at 9:19 pm.
