The board meeting was held April 13, with only two members present, Robert Presely, acting chairman, and Bette Hartline Casey, Secretary. Robert called on c. I. Ryoo to give his report: Contract No. 1 ( L. D. Fern Construction) 97% of contract completed and April 20th -at 2:00 P.M. final inspection at the- tank sight will began, with 2 or 3 board members,
a representative of L. D. Fern Construction Co., R. A. Nack and Associates, Security Tank Company, Mr. John Hammel of Farmers Home Administration,
and Don Kramer our Attorney present.
Mr. Ryoo further reported that the telemetering system will be ready to operate prior to July 1, 1976, approximately one month sooner than anticipated. He also recommended that L. D. Fern Company be paid $3,263.66 be approved as partial payment. There were not enough board members present to approve said payment so Mr. Harvey B. Hartline Sr. and Dan McGuire were contacted by phone, the bills were read and they each approved the bills
as read for payment. R. A. Nack bill to date $3,028.20, and $898.13.
Mr. William D. Walters was then directed to pay the bills as presented.
A number of smiling faces were presented both Robert and I, along with Mr. Walters and Mr. Ryoo choose #1 as being the best and as no other board
�embers were present, No. 1 will be the one.
Mr. John Hammel of FHA talked more on the billing and book keeping for the district, and the billing date was set for the 5th of each month, and the payment due with in the next 10 days.
