Motion made by Harvey and seconded by Dan, we go to Executive Session. Motion carried 4-0.
Motion made by C. R. seconded by Dan that George Sides be hired as meter reader, every day check pump station and water tower, and has to respond too any complaint or water leak by customer, up to six months will have to fill tank every day which will take around 3 hours per day.
The electronic equipment will cost us $4,039.00.
Motion made by Dan and seconded by Harvey George will be paid a base salary of $200 per month. He will receive $100.00 per month for filling the tank for the first six months or until the electronic equipment is installed. He will be paid $4.00 for turning off water and $4.00 turning it back on, and will be compensated on any other work he does for the water district.
Monday we will know when water will be turned on, a letter will have to be sent out to each customer and the person who lives in the house will hae to be there when the meter is set.
