Meeting Minutes of June 14, 1977

Meeting called to order at approximately 4:30 p.m.

Water bills were discussed for Barbara Brewer, and Mrs. Schwartz break in line which caused her meter to read 543,000 gallons used.

Received a letter from the Baran’s attorney concerning their water bill and placement of lien against their property. It was decided to

turn the matter over to our attorney.

Bills were presented for payment, approved, and Barbara made a motion to pay them, seconded by Marsha.

Wayman presented the fact that the tap on fee of $300.00 is not necessarily what the construction cost is, and we will need to make allowances for this extra cost.
